Minimum Order Quantities
Each product has its own specific minimum order quantity that is displayed under "Qty." when you add your order to the shopping cart. Freight Policies (Continental USA)
Transportation and handling charges are added to all orders. Rates included in order form are for UPS Ground. Call or email for Overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day (UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, etc.), international shipments, and orders over $1,000. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico via US Postal Service.

Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned (within 10 days of receipt) for credit with written authorization. Merchandise ordered in error must be returned freight prepaid, and a 20% handling/restocking charge will be applied (Minimum $10.00).

Warranty
Lamps will be replaced free of charge (except shipping), subject to provisions and warranty period stated for each lamp. Customer is responsible for shipping cost for warranty replacements.  Invoice number is required. Warranty periods for products should be listed in the product details. If a warranty period is not included on the product details page, please contact us and we will provide it. Email or call for warranty replacements.
